If you watch ‘Dancing with the Stars’ I’m sure you understand the want to just get up and dance while the performances are on. Maybe your hips swing a little from side-to-side or your imagination runs wild as you picture yourself on the big screen as one of the top five teams. While observing from the comfort of your couch won’t make you an instant dancing star, taking a leap of faith in enrolling in a dance class could not only get you those rockin’ dance moves, but could prove to be beneficial for your body and overall health.
