Raise your hand if one of your New Year’s resolutions is to eat healthier. Now raise the other hand if you actually know what you’re doing. Serving sizes, calories (and calories from fat), nutrients and the daily value are all broken down into easy to understand vocabulary that will leave you more confident when selecting foods at the grocery store.
