How could we have gone all this time without knowing there was a whole day set aside for our best fur-friends? That’s right, it’s National Dog Day! So take your babies out for a walk and don’t feel guilty about giving them an extra treat today because well, it is their day after all.
Here at North East Community Ed, we know how important your dogs are. We have partnered with professional dog trainer for over 40 years, Linda Weniger, to provide you with quality dog classes starting this September. This fall, we have five unique classes that are catered for you and your pup. Come learn how to properly give your dog a haircut in “Dog Grooming,” how to keep your dog from digging up your yard in “Dog Manners 101” and what toys are safe for your dog in “Dog Toys- Safe or Not?” Aside from these one of a kind niche classes, we have two intensive training classes this fall. Bring your pup to our fan favorite, five week “Dog Obedience” class to learn how to train your dog using positive reinforcement. We are also introducing a NEW training class for all of your baby pups out there! This class is especially designed for dogs eights week to five months old. “Puppy Kindergarten” is sure to get your little rascal going on the right track. For full class description and to register, visit our website. Happy National Dog Day!
