Happiness can come in all shapes and sizes. It can come in the form of seeing your child take their first steps, cuddling a puppy, watching an elderly couple hold hands on their evening walk or even in the form of a giant ice cream sundae. Whether your happiness comes from observations, interactions or partaking in a delicious treat, I want to encourage you to breathe in happiness this week in celebration of National Pursuit of Happiness Week (Nov. 7 – 13). Hopefully the next few days start a healthy habit of seeing all that is happy (and beautiful) around you.
